Public housing project,

probably the architecture of a building to be built (or already built?) in Bari or its province, perhaps the headquarters of a local public body or a school or a barracks;

original watercolor painting on paper, of large dimensions, measuring approximately 40x120 cm (the entire sheet, including the large unequal margins, margins watercolored in gray to simulate a passepartout); sheet with stains and erosions to be restored; handwritten author's signature, copy datable between the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
